EMS Ltd receives LOA from NHAI for contract issued through e-tender

New Delhi, 29 August: Engineering construction firm EMS Limited has announced that it has received the Letter of Award (LOA) for Engagement of User Fee Agency through E-Tender at Bartana Fee Plaza at Km 13.000 for the Project 4-laning of Jind Gohana (Greenfield) section of NH-352A (Pkg-I) from Km.0.000 to 40.601 in Haryana.

The estimated order value (excluding TCS) is approximately Rs. 1,991.27 lakhs.

According to the filing, in an intimation dated August 18, 2026, the company shares information regarding the intimation of receipt of Highest Bidder (H1) status for the tender awarded by the National Highways Authority of India.
