NHAI awards road project worth Rs 4,263 crore to GR Infraprojects Ltd
Agra-Gwalior Greenfield Road project, tendered by NHAI is expected to finish 910 days beyond the scheduled date, on the BSE, GR Infraprojects Ltd.'s shares closed at Rs 961.80, down Rs 29.45, or 2.97%.

New Delhi, March 15, 2025: GR Infraprojects Ltd, an integrated road EPC emerged as the winning bidder for the Agra-Gwalior Greenfield Road project, tendered by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways.
As per the filing, the Company has emerged as the selected bidder in the Financial Bid Opening dated 13th March 2025 for the following tender invited by the National Highways Authority of India (Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways) (Government of India).

The project, valued at Rs 4,262.78 crore, was awarded under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model at BOT (Toll) mode. The Project includes creating a six-lane, access-controlled greenfield highway that spans Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh from Deori village in Agra to Susera village in Gwalior. It also entails strengthening, overlaying, and improving the safety of the current NH-44 Agra-Gwalior segment.
The project is expected to be finished 910 days beyond the scheduled date. On the BSE, GR Infraprojects Ltd.'s shares closed at Rs 961.80, down Rs 29.45, or 2.97%.
