Bhubaneswar, March 14, 2026: Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation Limited (OBCCL) has declared Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) as the lowest (L1) bidder for a road infrastructure project valued at ₹160.20 crore in Odisha.

The project involves the construction of a diversion road from 4/700 km to 11/500 km of the Duduka–Gopalpur–Toparia Road, including development of a six-lane carriageway with service roads in Sundargarh District.

Project Scope and Timeline

The road development work will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode with an estimated completion period of 18 months.

The project aims to improve regional road connectivity, traffic flow and transportation efficiency in Sundargarh district.

Domestic Infrastructure Contract

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transactions. The company confirmed that no promoter or promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding authority.

Dilip Buildcon Limited disclosed the development to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

As per the company’s insider trading code, the trading window for designated persons and insiders will remain closed for 48 hours after the information becomes publicly available.

The project strengthens infrastructure development efforts in Odisha while expanding DBL’s order pipeline in the road construction sector.
