Chennai Petroleum Corporation (CPCL) has announced its 59th AGM on August 25, 2025, and set August 1, 2025, as the record date for a Rs 5.00 per share dividend for FY24-25.
Shares of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd (CPCL) are in focus as the company has announced that the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year 2024-25 will be held on Monday, the 25th August 2025 at 10:00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.
Further, the exchange filing stated that the Company has fixed Friday, the 01st August, 2025 as the “Record Date” for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the members to receive equity dividend of Rs. 5.00 per share (i.e. @ 50% on the paid-up equity share capital) for the year 2024-25.

The dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid within the stipulated period of 30 days of its approval.
CPCL shares are currently trading down by 1.69% at Rs 766.00 at BSE.
