Engineers India Limited Submits SEBI Certificate for Q3 FY 2025-26

Mumbai: Engineers India Limited (EIL) has submitted the Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).

The certificate, issued by Alankit Assignments Limited, confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were properly accepted or rejected, and that the securities have been listed on the stock exchanges where earlier issued securities are listed.

Additionally, the certificates were verified, mutilated, and cancelled after due processing, and the names of the respective depositories were updated as registered owners in EIL’s records.

The submission ensures compliance with SEBI regulations and maintains transparency in the company’s dematerialized securities operations.

The certificate was formally signed by S.K. Padhi, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Engineers India Limited, and Kamal Garg, General Manager, Alankit Assignments Ltd.
