The 12th Bipartite Settlement is a wage revision agreement between IBA and bank unions for PSU bank employees, effective from July 2024. It provides 30-38% salary increase with 20 months arrears.

The 12th Bipartite Settlement primarily applies to public sector banks. Other PSUs like IOCL, BPCL, NTPC may have similar revisions with slight variations in fitment factors.
