ONGC Donates Rs 50 Lakh for Building Houses in Village
RAJAHMUNDRY: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Rajahmundry Asset executive director Pasala Krishna Rao handed over a cheque for `50 lakh to collector Neetu Prasad in the latter’s office in Kakinada Friday, under the ONGC’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The fund was given for construction of pucca houses in Pallam village of Katrenikona mandal, which is under its operational area.
Later, Krishna Rao said that the ONGC was always in the forefront of extending support to the needy. The fund was given as per the directions of the elected representatives and the district administration. The ONGC is making efforts to improve the life of the people in its operational area.
