IOCL Bihar State Office Signed an MoU with ALIMCO
Patna: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Bihar State Office) and Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India have signed a MoU on 12th September 2018 at IOCL Bihar State Office, Patna for distributing Aids and Appliances worth Rs 65 lakhs each for Divyangjan of Banka, Bihar and Khunti, Jharkhand for FY 2018-19 under its CSR initiative.
The MoU was signed by Shri Pramod Ranjan, Dy. General Manager (HR-CSR) IOCL & Shri Ajay Chaudhary, Dy. General Manager (CSR), ALIMCO in presence of Shri S.K. Sharma, Executive Director, Bihar State Office, IOCL.
IOCL is committed for the welfare of the society and sponsored free of Cost aids & appliances for Divyangjan through ALIMCO at Banka, Bihar. ALIMCO will also distribute modern assistive devices such as Motorized Tricycles, Smart Canes, Smart Phones, Digital Hearing Aids etc under this MoU. This is a major CSR initiative of IOCL and will help the Divyangjan to overcome the difficulties enabling them to lead a normal & productive life and making them fully independent. This effort will not only bring these underprivileged PwDs to the mainstream of life but will also contribute to the National economy.
