NBCC bags Rs 120 cr contract from ASI
NEW DELHI . ASI has executed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NBCC for "assigning work for construction of Institute of Archaeology and UNESCO Category-II Centre at Knowledge Park- II, Greater Noida amounting Rs 120.00 crore (approx)," the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Meanwhile, the government has kick-started the process to sell 15 percent stake in NBCC and has invited merchant bankers to manage the share sale. Last month, the Cabinet had cleared 15 percent stake sale of NBCC through an offer for sale (OFS).
