NBCC upbeat on govt colony projects in Delhi
NEW DELHI. The Cabinet has approved a proposal to redevelop seven residential colonies in New Delhi. One of the biggest beneficiaries of this move will be State-run NBCC.
Out of a total expenditure of close to ₹32,000 crore, NBCC has won orders totalling ₹25,000 crore. Speaking to Bloomberg TV India, NBCC CMD Anoop Kumar Mittal said the company will make gains from these projects from 2017, when property sale starts.
