Shri. Swarup launched Satellite based Intergarted Land information System at WCL
NAGPUR. Sri Anil Swarup, I A S, Secretary, coal launched Satellite based Intergarted Land information System and other newinitatives taken by WCL, during a programme called PRAGATI, Pioneering the change today. Shri Swarup was the Chief Guest of the programme, while Shri. A K Debnath, CMD, CMPDI was the guest of honour.
The Satellite based Intergarted Land information System will enable WCL to track information and data about various land on one click. While addressing the gathering Shri. Swarup appreciated the innovative and useful work done by the company and congratulated CMD of WCL Shri. Rajiv R. Mishra for galvanizing the company in positive thinking mode.
The other initatives launched during the programme were Satellite based integrated mine water resource management, Jal Sahayog – under which supply of drinking water will be initiated from Kamptee mine to Kanhan
Shri. Rupak Dayal, Director (Personnel), Shri. S S Malhi, Directror (Technical) and other senior officials and members of WCL families were present on the occasion .
