COAL INDIA INTER COMPANY TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT 2019
Sambalpur: South Eastern Coalfields Limited retained its title of Team Champions defeating Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, Ranchi at the Coal India Inter-Company Table Tennis Tournament 2019, which concluded here today. There were 86 players, including 10 women participants in the tournament, which started on 15th of April 2019.
The three day event, which saw participation of ten coal companies - CIL, WCL, SECL, NCL, MCL, CCL, CMPDI, ECL, BCCL and SCCL -- culminated with prize distribution among the winners of various categories.
Mr OP Singh, Director (Technical/OPs-P&P), was the chief guest on the occasion while Mr KR Vasudevan, Director (Finance/Personnel), trade union representatives Mr S. Pradhan, Mr SK Majhi, Mr SK Samal, Mr B Nayak and CMOAI MCL branch president Mr P K Nautial shared the dais.
While appreciating the efforts of organising team, chief guest Mr OP Singh congratulated the Champions and the prize winners of the tournament for their superior performance in the events.
