MCL Organises Coal Consumers Meet
Sambalpur: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited organized a “Coal Consumers’ Meet” on 03rd August 2017 at MCL.Hqrs Sambalpur. The meeting was presided by Shri A.K. Jha,CMD , MCL and attended by General Manager (Finance),MCL, General Manager (System),MCL, General Manager (QC),MCL and General Manager (Washery),MCL along with General Manager (M&S) and entire team of Marketing and Sales Department.
Secretary General of Coal Consumers’ Association of India Mrs. Subhashree Choudhury along with out esteemed consumers from different industries situated in India attended the meeting from the customer side.
After the Briefing through presentation Shri A.K. Jha, CMD, MCL address the gathering and share the future plans of MCL for enhancing the consumer satisfaction and for better availability of coal.
During the “Question and Answer” session, CMD, MCL in his reply to the consumers covered all the major points and assured them that MCL will take all measures to minimise the problems of consumers and maximise the availability of coal.
It was also assured that regular such type of meeting will be conducted by MCL for further improvement in services to the consumers. This meet was arranged by Marketing and Sales department of MCL.
