NLC observes National Day of Mentally Challenged
CHENNAI. The National Day of Mentally Challenged was celebrated at NLC Lignite Hall on 23.12.2014 by Sneha Opportunity Services (SOS), a society functioning under the aegis of NLC. Under the benevolent leadership of Smt. Swarnakumari Surender Mohan, the SOS is providing special education, medical attention and vocational training to 81 differently-abled children.
NLC Directors Shri S.K. Acharya, Shri Rakesh Kumar, Shri S.Rajagopal , Shri S. Boopathy, Shri .Subir Das participated in the function.
WCL signs MoU with Steel Authority of India Limited
NAGPUR. Western Coalfields Limited signs MoU with Steel Authority of India Limited fordispatches of washed coal and raw coal from Nandan Washery to SAIL plant. The MoU was signed by Shri. P. S. R. K. Shastry, GM (Finance), Shri. S. N. Prasad, GM (S&M) and other officials from WCL. Shri. D. K. Sama, Executive Director, Shri. S. K. Basak GM CCSO, Dhanbad signed MoU on behalf of SAIL.
