Petronet LNG appoints Prabhat Singh as MD and CEO
NEW DELHI: The board of directors of Petronet LNG has appointed Prabhat Kumar Singh as the new managing director of the company.
Singh succeeds AK Balyan, who completed his term and joined the Anil Ambani group. Singh is a Civil Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur with decades of experience in the Hydrocarbon Industry both in foreign and state-run firms. Prior to joining GAIL as Director (Marketing), Singh headed the Upstream Business Development and the Strategy Divisions in British Gas since April 2006. Economic Times
