REIL Honored with the India Pride Award
Jaipur: The Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited, was honoured by the 'India Pride Award' in Excellence in Mini-Ratna-II category. The award was presented to Shri A. K. Jain, Managing Director, REIL by Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Union Minister, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, in the gracious presence of Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and other eminent personalities in a program organized at Ashoka Hotel, New Delhi. The prestigious award is presented by Dainik Bhaskar to the Companies working in the direction of making our country more cheerful and more progressive, for their valuable contributions in this respect.
On this occasion of 9th India Pride Award Ceremony, the Managing Director, REIL, Shri A.K. Jain said that Company has recorded a growth of 135% for the last eight years (audited) with 855% increase in Profit along with many other significant achievements. The Net Worth of the Company has increased five times and crossed three digits figure during the period. This growth vision is carried through product enhancements, cost reductions, larger markets through wider geographical reach, diversifications, absorption of new technologies and corporate governance.
On the occasion the Managing Director, Shri Jain reiterated the commitment of the Company of 'Shaping Rural India through Electronics, Energy and IT Solutions'. The Company has a consistent track record of professional management and profitable operations since its inception in the year 1981 with sustained growth.
Shri Jain said that REIL is contributing towards progress and development of Indian economy and society, and bringing the technology outreach to rural masses and covering urban as well aligned with Government of India’s Missions like National Dairy Plan, Solar Mission, Make in India, Digital India and Swachh Bharat Mission.
