Bengaluru, November 19, 2025: Canara Bank celebrated its 120th Founders' Day to commemorate its founder, Late Ammembal Subba Rao Pai. On this occasion, Canara Bank also announced the inauguration of its 10,000th branch in Budigere Cross, Bangalore, reinforcing its commitment to expanding banking services across the nation.
The new branch was inaugurated by Shri M. Nagaraju, Secretary, DFS/Ministry of Finance, Government of India, along with Shri Satyanarayana Raju, MD and CEO, Canara Bank, and other senior officials of the bank. The event highlighted the bank’s dedication to growth and customer service excellence.
