Mumbai, February 21, 2026: Central Bank of India has entered into a distribution agreement with SBI Funds Management Limited (SBIFML) to offer its mutual fund products to Central Bank’s customers. This collaboration enables customers to unlock the potential of their savings by accessing a diverse range of mutual fund investment opportunities.

Through this partnership, Central Bank of India aims to strengthen its wealth management offerings, enabling customers to diversify their investments across multiple mutual fund schemes while leveraging the expertise of one of India’s leading asset management companies.
The agreement was disclosed under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited.
