Shares of Central Bank of India are trading higher by 2.04% as the public sector bank has announced it will declare the financial results for the September-end quarter.
We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 17th October, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025, the exchange filing stated.
Furthermore, the trading window for Designated Persons of the Bank and their immediate relatives is closed from 01st October, 2025, and the same shall remain closed till 19th October, 2025 (both days inclusive).
Shares of Central Bank of India are trading higher by 2.04% at Rs 38.08 at BSE.
