Dr. Himanshu Pathak has a distinguished career spanning over 31 years in the fields of agriculture and environmental sciences. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) and the Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
Throughout his career, Dr. Pathak has held several key positions. He was the Director of the ICAR-National Institute of Abiotic Stress Management in Maharashtra and the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute in Odisha.
