Airports Authority Of India - Chairman & Managing Director

Shri Vipin Kumar is a distinguished Indian Administrative Service officer with extensive experience in administration, infrastructure development, and public sector management. He took over as Chairman of Airports Authority of India on 28 October 2024. He is currently handling the additional responsibility of Member (Operations) at AAI.

Prior to this, he has served in various key positions in the Government of India, including as Additional Secretary in different ministries. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communications Engineering and has a strong track record in project implementation and governance.
