Bharat Forge, VVDN Technologies Sign MoU for Automotive, Defence and AI Collaboration
Mumbai, February 18, 2026: Bharat Forge Limited and VVDN Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across automotive, defence and data centre technologies, the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
The partnership aims to jointly pursue opportunities in next-generation technologies spanning Automotive, Defence, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data centre ecosystems. The companies plan to leverage their complementary strengths in advanced engineering, electronics design and precision manufacturing to develop future-ready solutions.
Focus on Next-Generation Technologies
Under the MoU, Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies will explore collaboration in:

The collaboration is designed to combine VVDN’s expertise in electronics design, embedded software, system integration and manufacturing with Bharat Forge’s capabilities in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering.
The companies said the alliance aligns with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, where developments in generative intelligence, autonomous systems and sustainable computing are reshaping industries globally.
