Larsen & Toubro Announces Key Senior Management Promotions

New Delhi, January 1, 2026: Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), a leading Indian multinational in engineering, construction, and technology, has announced significant changes in its senior management effective today. The promotions reflect L&T’s commitment to strengthening leadership in its core business verticals.

Ms. Koneru Bhavani has been promoted as Senior Vice President & Head, Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business.
A Civil Engineering graduate from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, Ms. Bhavani began her career with L&T as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Cement Plants division. Over nearly three decades, she has held key positions including Executive Vice President & Head – Urban Transit SBG, Head – Metros BU, Head – Procurement, and EDRC Head for Metro projects. Ms. Bhavani has led the design and construction of major urban transit projects, including the Hyderabad Metro, Delhi Metro, and Mumbai Monorail, pioneering breakthrough construction technologies in the process. She also serves on the Board of L&T GeoStructure Private Limited.

Mr. P. Ramakrishnan has been promoted as Senior Vice President, Corporate Accounts, Taxation, and Investor Relations.
A Chartered Accountant with 33 years at L&T, Mr. Ramakrishnan has extensive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, risk management, internal controls, and investor relations. He previously served as CFO of L&T Technology Services and Finance & Accounts Head for the Electronics & Automation division. He currently holds board positions in several L&T group companies and serves on the Board of the Bombay Chambers of Commerce & Industry.

L&T stated that these appointments are internal promotions and the executives will continue to contribute to the company’s strategic and operational growth from their Mumbai offices, reporting directly to the Group CFO of L&T.
