NTPC-Northern Region supports Orphan Children
This noble initiative was conducted under the guidance of Smt. Vijaya Rao, President of Uttara Club.
As part of NTPC-Northern Region HQ(NRHQ)'s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the Uttra Club organized a heartwarming event recently, to support the children of “Rajkiya Bal Grih, Lucknow” an orphanage during the peak winter season. The event included the distribution of blankets to the children to help them stay warm.
This noble initiative was conducted under the guidance of Smt. Vijaya Rao, President of Uttara Club. During her visit to the orphanage, Smt. Rao interacted with the children, extended her New Year wishes, and encouraged them to focus on their studies to build a bright future.

The welfare event witnessed enthusiastic participation from Smt. Neelkamal, vice president, Uttara Club, Smt. Sangita Singha Ray, Vice President Uttara Club, Secretary, Uttara Club and other committee members, reflecting their collective commitment to social welfare.
To make the occasion memorable, the club also distributed food packets to the children. The event was further enriched by the children showcasing their talents through song and poetry recitations, which were warmly appreciated by all attendees.
