State-owned MOIL Ltd. has announced the record date for the purpose of payment of the final dividend for 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing AGM, shall be as under. The Record Date has been fixed at 19th September, 2025.
According to the exchange filing, it is to inform you that the final dividend, if declared, on equity shares will be paid or dispatched on or before October 29, 2025, to eligible shareholders. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025.
