New Delhi: Shares of ONGC are in focus as the Maharatna PSU company has announced the Record Date for the payment of the Final Dividend for FY 25.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25/- per share for FY 25, subject to the approval of members.
According to the filing, it is hereby informed that Thursday, 4th September 2025 has been fixed as 'Record Date' for determining eligibility of members for payment of Final dividend, subject to declaration by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, if any.

Shares of ONGC were closed on Friday at Rs 236.00, down by 2.07 percent at BSE.
The stock has been trading downwards by -2.10 percent from last one month.
