PFC Organised a Training Program on Youth Leadership for Children
New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation Limited organized a training program on ‘Youth Leadership’ for the children of its employees on 25th and 26th June 2018 with the help of ‘Tranzition Institute of Excellence’ in two subsequent batches. Batch I comprised of children studying in IVth to VIIth standard and Batch II comprised of children studying in VIIIth to XIIth standard.
The program was helpful for children to improve their personal and group effectiveness in many ways. It was aimed at Improving their self-esteem and confidence, fostering effective communication skills and expression, inculcating Power Public speaking amongst the kids, enhancing the concept of better teamwork and harmony and improving their leadership skills.
PFC wishes the kids all the very best for their future endeavors.
