NEW DELHI: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna company under the Ministry of Defence, has announced walk-in selection for 7 Project Engineer positions on a temporary basis for its sites in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The selection process will be conducted in Jabalpur.

Educational Qualifications
Required Degree: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course)

Salary Structure
Year 1 (PE-I): Rs. 40,000 per month
Year 2 (PE-II): Rs. 45,000 per month
Year 3 (PE-III): Rs. 50,000 per month
Year 4 (PE-IV): Rs. 55,000 per month
Additional Benefits:

Area allowance: 10% of consolidated remuneration

Annual allowance: Rs. 12,000 for insurance, attire, footwear, etc.

Retention bonus: Rs. 1,00,000 after completing 4 years
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:

Configuration, updating and maintenance of IP-enabled sensors including cameras, radar, and electric fence controllers
-
Data center infrastructure management including servers, switches, storage, and security systems
-
IT application software configuration and maintenance
-
Command and control center operations
-
Coordination with customers, OEMs, and BEL Bengaluru

Complaint resolution and network management system verification
-
Willingness to work in 3 rotational shifts

Selection Stages: Written test followed by interview
Weightage: 85% for written test, 15% for interview
