CMPDI signs MoU with Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology to train Youths in Ranchi
These four-month residential programs are designed to ensure focused learning and effective skill development

Ranchi, 10 September 2025: To improve job and income opportunities for poor and economically disadvantaged young people in Jharkhand, the Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI) has made an agreement with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET) to offer Residential Skill Development Training to 160 underprivileged youth from Ranchi, Ramgrah, Hazaribagh, Dhanbad, and Latehar districts during the financial year 2025
The agreement was signed in Ranchi on 09.09.2025. Shri Sandeep Kumar Bhagat, GM (Envt./CSR), CMPDI, and Shri Avneet Kumar Joshi, Director & Head, CIPET Ranchi, signed the MoA in the presence of Shri R.K. Mahapatro, GM (HRD/CSR), CMPDI.

The training will be conducted at CIPET, Ranchi, in two fields, Machine Operator-Plastics Processing (MO-PP) and Machine Operator-Injection Moulding (MP-IM), having 80 participants in each.
