MECL and MECON Ink MoU in Mineral exploration Mining Domain
The MoU aims to provide end-to-end solutions to clients by leveraging the combined capabilities of MECL and MECON.

Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL) and MECON Limited, a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, have joined hands through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on projects in Mineral exploration Mining Domain.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri Pankaj Pandey, Director (Technical) and Shri Surendra Singh Kshatriya, Director (Finance), MECL and Shri Amit Raj, Director (Technical) and Shri J. K. Jha, Director (Commercial), MECON.
Shri Karthik Ramchandran, HoD – Business Development, MECL, and Shri P. K. Das, Senior General Manager (I/c) – Marketing, MECON, signed the MoU virtually, in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.

Shri Indra Dev Narayan, CMD, MECL, who provided strategic guidance for this collaboration, congratulated the teams and remarked that the partnership marks a significant step in aligning MECL’s expertise in mineral exploration with MECON’s strengths in engineering consultancy and project management. The collaboration is expected to open up new opportunities, particularly in the area of critical minerals, supporting India’s mineral security and industrial growth.
Further, the MoU aims to provide end-to-end solutions to clients by leveraging the combined capabilities of MECL and MECON.
