Mumbai, July 16, 2025: NTPC Ltd., India’s largest integrated energy
company, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) today with the
Electricity Department, Government of Goa (ED-Goa) for power allocation
from Sipat Stage-III, located in Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh.
The agreement was formalized today at the office of the Electricity Department,
Goa. The PPA was signed by Shri P. R. Jena, General Manager (Commercial),
NTPC WR-I HQs, and Shri Steffen Fernandes, Chief Electrical Engineer, Electricity Department, Goa.
