NTPC Simhadri collaborated with CIPET-Vijayawada for skill training program
According to the agreement, three batches of residential training will be conducted during the FY25-26. Each of the batches will run for four months with 30 candidates per batch.

Visakhapatnam-based NTPC Simhadri has signed an MoU with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET)-Vijayawada under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to provide skill development training to unemployed youth from the Parawada region. According to the agreement, three batches of residential training will be conducted during the FY25-26. Each of the batches will run for four months with 30 candidates per batch.
The training programs include Machine Operator, Injection Molding (MO-IM), and Machine Operator-Plastics Processing (MO-PP), aimed at preparing industry-ready manpower. Sameer Sharma, head at NTPC Simhadri, reaffirmed NTPC's commitment to community empowerment through sustainable skill development and livelihood creation.
