Gupta who is currently serving as Director (Technical) at THDC India Limited and holding additional charge as CMD at SJVN since May, brings a bundle of experience to his new role.
The appointment has been arrived at a crucial corner round for NHPC Ltd as the company has been expanding its focus towards renewable energy portfolio in line with the prosperous hydro-power projects.
