Oil India inducts Vikas Singh as Government Nominee Director on Board
Vikas Singh, Director at the Ministry of Petroleum, has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of Oil India Ltd.
Shri Vikas Singh, Director at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has been appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Oil India Ltd.
He is an Indian Revenue Officer of 2007- batch.
The Board of the company will induct him as Government Nominee Director in due course in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act. 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
