New Delhi, March 19, 2026: The Government of India’s Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) has announced the deputation of Shri Sudeep Prasad (IRSME) to the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. (DFCCIL). He has been appointed as Additional General Manager (CC) at DFCCIL’s Corporate Office in Noida.

 

Key Appointment in DFCCIL Strengthens Leadership

As per the official order issued by the Railway Board, Shri Sudeep Prasad, currently serving as Director/E&R at Railway Board, has been selected for deputation for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The deputation will be governed under standard terms, including:

  • Parent pay plus deputation allowance

  • Subject to Government approval for exemption from immediate absorption rules

  • Posting at DFCCIL Corporate Office, Noida

The order also directs that the officer be relieved at the earliest to assume his new responsibilities, with the date of relief to be formally communicated.
