BHEL's thousand workers engaged in a fight with management

Bhopal: More than seven thousand workers of BHEL are engaged in a one-to-one fight with the BHEL management. The workers demonstrated at the foundry gate of BHEL on Tuesday. Seeing the crowd of laborers, the administration deployed a heavy police force. Since morning, the police was busy driving away from the crowd of laborers. There are laborers that were not ready to go.
The workers say, that the workers are protesting against their legitimate demands from the BHEL administration. They had performed before, but in view of the peak period of production, all the workers reached work, even after this the management did not listen to them, so they were forced to go on an indefinite strike. However, the effect of the strike of a large number of workers was seen on the work of the factory because there are more workers of BHEL than the regular employees of BHEL.
In the peak period of production, it is not acceptable to anyone that the management does not even talk to the workers. If their problems are not taken care of immediately, the demonstration can take a furious form. Perhaps some big leaders can also support the workers in the name of sympathy.
According to Prashant Pathak, president of BHEL Works Contract Shramik Ekta Union, the police force, at the behest of the management, continued to drive the protesting workers for legitimate demands throughout the day, yet the workers stood at the protest site.
