DMRC received certification as Great Work Place
New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) today received certification as a ‘Great Work Place’ for the year 2020-2021 from the Great Place to Work ® (GPTW) Institute, India. DMRC had recently participated in an assessment conducted by GPTW based on two important parameters:-
(i) The first measures the quality of employee experience through their globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index.
(ii) The second parameter is called Culture Audit, which is a proprietary tool of the Institute that evaluates the quality of people practices of an organization, covering the entire employee life-cycle.
DMRC has successfully met the criterion set by GPTW, on employee experience and people practices and has been certified as a Great Work Place.
GPTW’s assessment methodology is globally recognized as rigorous and objective and is considered as the gold standard for defining great workplaces across business, academia and government organizations, across the globe. More than 10,000 organizations from over 58 countries partner GPTW for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture, across the world.
