HDFC Bank approved the loan amounting Rs 47,000 crores to 2 lakh homebuyers
New Delhi: HDFC Bank announced on Sunday that the bank has sanctioned the home loan amounting Rs. 45,000 crores to around two lakh home buyers. HDFC has become the first financial institution in the country that is offering this much amount of financial benefit.
HDFC is known as the only finance corporation that sanctioned the highest home loans in the country. This loan process is sanctioned under the government’s Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), this scheme is used under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) home loans for economic weaker, low income and middle group people.
While conducting seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions the bank is making efforts to aware of the people with the benefits of CLSS.
