IOC signed Mou with R and D Centre and ALIMCO

New Delhi: IOCL (R&D) Centre signed MOU for Rs. 81 lakhs  with ALIMCO .ALIMCO is a Miniratna CPSE, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act,2013, working under the aegis  of Department  of Disabilities, Ministry  of Social Justice & Empowerment ,Govt. of India.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Sharma, Executive Director   handed over MOU to Mr.D.R Sarin, CMD, ALIMCO in the presence of senior executives of R&D Centre (IOCL).

 

As  per  the MOU, ALIMCO will conduct  the assessment camps in District Nuh& Ballabgarh  (Haryana) to   provide  “Aids  and Assistive devices to Divyangjans”, The  objective  of this  project  is to Empower  the Disabled. This will help the disabled persons to overcome the difficulties enabling them to lead a normal & productive life .

ALIMCO is the only non-profit motive manufacturing organization registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 in the entire country and is the only manufacturing COMPANY working under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India.

For past 46 years, ALIMCO has been relentlessly manufacturing various types of aids and appliances on mass scale to meet the requirements of PwDs including orthopedically, visual and hearing impaired etc.
