KIOCL Contribution in Karnataka Chief Minister Relief Fund

Bengaluru: KIOCL Limited, has Contributed Rs. 15 Lakh in Karnataka Chief Minister Relief Fund, under its Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative. Shri Subba Rao, CMD, KIOCL Limited, handed over a cheque to Shri H D Kumaraswamy, Chief Minister of Karnataka in presence of Shri S K Gorai, Director (Finance) and Senior officials and union representatives today on 9th November 2018.
 
KIOCL has also recently spent Rs. 15 Lakhs for developmental activities such as the installation of solar based smart classes in 30 Govt Schools in Raichur district. The company has also planned to spend about Rs. 25-30 Lakhs towards CSR activities in this financial year in the state of Karnataka. 
 
KIOCL has been supporting several programmes in the areas of Education, Medical, Community development activities. KIOCL has also been contributing every year 2% of its profit towards Corporate Social Responsibility and is implemented effectively in and around our plant premises at Mangalore as well as in other Districts.  
 
Chief Minister Shri H D Kumaraswamy appreciated KIOCL’s Management for taking forward the community development programmes as well the various CSR activities in the state of Karnataka.
