The 4th edition of SAMVAD organized at SJVN
Shimla: The 4th edition of SAMVAD - ‘MANAGEMENT- EMPLOYEE CONNECT’,was organized today at SJVN Corporate Head Quarters. It is an Interactive Program where in communication - horizontally & vertically is encouraged to create more transparent & responsive culture.
During the program employees asked questions from SJVN Management to know more about the Vision, HR Issues & Financial Matters. The replies to the queries of employees were given by Director (Personnel), Smt. Geeta Kapur,Director (Finance) Sh. A.K. Singh and Chief GM (HR) Sh. D.P. Kaushal.
