AAI Chairman took Open Session with employees
New Delhi: Chairman, AAI took an Open Session with AAI employees regarding the inputs and suggestions they submitted to usher in greater professional and personal satisfaction at the workplace. Open Session was also attended by AAI Board Members, EDs at Corporate HQs and REDs.
All employees who submitted their suggestions online directly discussed them with Chairman and senior management. Inputs ranging from child care leave, transfer policy, rationalization of ATC manpower, up-skilling of employees, centralized procurement & travel desk were discussed.
Concluding the Open Session, Chairman AAI showed his pleasure on receiving multiple suggestions from employees and promised that each suggestion received will be examined on merit and gave his commitment on acting on them after due diligence and with prudence.
