RITES Ltd has appointed two Non-Official Director (Independent) on its Board. Dr Dineshananda Goswami and Ms. Purnima Kerketta have been designated as Board of Directors members.
New Delhi: RITES Ltd has appointed two Non-Official Director (Independent) on its Board. Dr Dineshananda Goswami and Ms. Purnima Kerketta have been designated as Board of Directors members.
The Appointment of Dr. Dineshananda Goswami is made for a period of one-year w.e.f. 07.07.2025 or until further orders.

The Appointment of Ms. Purnima Kerketta is made for a period of three years w.e.f. 13.07.2025 or until further orders.

He is also a distinguished social activist. Holding an M. Com and PhD from Ranchi University. Dr. Goswami's career includes a significant tenure as a lecturer at Tata Steel’s College from 1990 to 2004, where he contributed to educational excellence and community development initiatives. Earlier he has also served as Independent Director of the Company from 11.11.2021 to 22.10.2024 in accordance with Ministry of Railways order no. 2019/PL/57/22 dated 09th November, 2021.
Ms. Purnima Kerketta is a graduate in Political Science from Sambalpur University, Odisha. She is a Social Activist and is rendering services for community wellbeing. During her stint, for a period of more than 18 years in The Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Rourkela, Odisha has held various positions and is presently designated as Director of The Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Rourkela, Odisha.
