Mumbai, March 4, 2026: Axis Bank Limited has announced the allotment of 2,87,534 equity shares of face value ₹2 each following the exercise of stock options and restricted stock units under its employee benefit schemes (ESOP/RSU).

The allotment was approved on March 4, 2026, and has led to an increase in the Bank’s paid-up share capital.

  • Previous Paid-up Capital: ₹6,213,883,928
    (3,106,941,964 equity shares of ₹2 each)

  • Revised Paid-up Capital: ₹6,214,458,996
    (3,107,229,498 equity shares of ₹2 each)

The issuance reflects the Bank’s ongoing commitment to employee ownership and long-term value creation through structured stock-based compensation programs.

The Bank formally notified both:

  • National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE Symbol: AXISBANK)

  • BSE Limited (BSE Scrip Code: 532215)
