ICICI Bank Allots 8,906 Shares of ₹2 Face Value to Employees Under Stock Unit Scheme 2022
Mumbai, March 4, 2026: ICICI Bank Limited has allotted 8,906 equity shares of ₹2 face value each under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors today at 11:13 a.m., pursuant to the powers delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2023.
The equity allotment forms part of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to reward and retain employees under its stock unit scheme, promoting employee ownership and aligning staff interests with the long-term performance of the Bank.
