ACME Solar Commissions 38 MW/82 MWh BESS Phase II in Rajasthan
Gurugram, Haryana – March 3, 2026: ACME Solar Holdings Limited (formerly ACME Solar Holdings Private Limited) has announced the successful commissioning of the second phase of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan. The project, executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Suryodaya Private Limited, now adds 38 MW/82 MWh to its existing BESS capacity of 285 MW/600 MWh, located at Sanwara and Mehar Nagar villages in Pokhran, Jaisalmer district.
The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for Phase II is set for March 5, 2026, marking a significant milestone in India’s renewable energy infrastructure. The project supports grid stability and energy storage solutions, aligning with ACME Solar’s commitment to innovative clean energy solutions.
