AAI signed an MoU with NTPC for solar power plants and e-vehicles
Supporting GoI's initiative for the adoption of clean energy, AAI has taken this progressive step towards conserving the environment, reducing carbon emissions & working towards making airports carbon neutral to reduce the adverse impact on society & the ecosystem.
An MoU signed between NTPC and AAI
New Delhi: AAI today signed an MoU with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd. (NVVN) for setting up solar power plants & adoption of e-vehicles at AAI airports. The MoU was signed by GM (Engg.), AAI & CGM, NVVN in presence of Sh. Arvind Singh, Chairman, AAI & Sh. Gurdeep Singh, CMD NTPC Limited.
Also present during the event were Sh. A. K. Pathak, Member (Plg), Sh. S. Sreekumar, ED (Engg.), AAI; Sh. A. K. Gautam, Chairman, NVVN, Sh. Mohit Bhargava, CEO, NVVN and senior AAI and NTPC officials.
