BCCL's HRD Department organised session for trainees and doctors
New Delhi: Human Resource Development Department, Bharat Coking Coal organised Ice breaking session for trainees and doctors in the community building located at Koyla Nagar under the guidance of Shri PVKRM Rao, Director (Personnel) and under the leadership of Shri Vikas Kumar General Manager (Human Resource Development).
Shri P.V.K.R.M. Rao, Director (Personnel), BCCL was the chief guest and Shri Vinay Kajla, DIG (CISF) Dhanbad was the chief guest.
In this session, Mr H. G. Amogh Leela Prabhuji of ISKCON Institute of international repute, Vice President Dwarka Delhi, Brahma Kumari Suman from Brahma Kumari Sanstha Headquarters Mount Abu and Mr Pramod Pathak, Retired Professor of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad presented the faculty. and discussed topics like Ethical Values, Right Attitude, Positive Thinking and Stress Management with all the participants.
A glimpse of song music and Indian culture was also seen in the program. The goal of this program was to guide the newly appointed officers and uplift their morale. About 150 newly appointed Management Trainees participated in the session.
