BCCL organized three-day grievance redressal campaign
The camp was organized from 10:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at Annapurna Auditorium (Community Hall), Koyla Nagar, BCCL.
New Delhi: A three-day grievance redressal campaign was organized by the Personnel Department of BCCL on 5, 6 and 7 December 2022 for the convenience of retired/separated personnel from the service of the company. The event was inaugurated on 05.12.2022 by Shri Samiran Dutta, Chairman-cum-Managing-Director by lighting the lamp. The camp was organized from 10:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at Annapurna Auditorium (Community Hall), Koyla Nagar, BCCL.
Addressing everyone during the inauguration, the CMD said that the BCCL Management is ready to extend all possible help to its employees and all the stakeholders of the company. We at BCCL are always working towards achieving the goal of Zero Complaints. Senior Advisor Mr. PVKRM Rao and Mr. Bidyut Saha, General Manager (P/O No.) were present in this camp.
Senior Advisor (Personnel) Mr. PV KRM Rao said that the main function of Personnel Department is grievance redressal and we have to make this effort successful and achieve the target of zero grievance. This camp has been organized for the first time not only in BCCL but in Coal India. This will prove to be an inspiration for other subsidiary companies.
The General Manager (P/O No.) said that under the efficient guidance of the Chairman-cum-Managing Director and the Board of Directors, we will achieve the goal of zero grievance redressal and it will be our endeavor that any retired and separated personnel from the company's service There should be no problem.
On the first day of the complaint redressal campaign, 38 people appeared with complaints. The complaints of 33 people were redressed on the spot. In the said grievance redressal camp to be organized for three days, the grievances of personnel related to different areas will be redressed every day.
On December 06, Sijua, Kusunda, Putki Balihari, West Jharia and Central Hospital Dhanbad and on December 07, Bastakola, East Jharia, CV, Washery Division, MRS and coal building headquarters and Bhuli Nagar administration's complaints will be redressed.
