BCPL conducted 2nd IR and Security Symposium
Delegates from different esteemed organisations like OIL, IOCL, ONGC, HOEC, BVFCL, and APGCL participated in the event.
Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) has successfully conducted the 2nd IR & Security Symposium themed "Post Pandemic Industrial Relations and Security Scenario prevailing in the Industries” on 10th December 2021.
The purpose of the symposium was to bring HR and security fraternity to a common platform and discuss the Post Pandemic IR and Security challenges faced in the industries in general and learn from those practices in vogue.
Shri Asit Das, General Manager (HR) in his inaugural address welcomed all the delegates and put forward the new age trend in HR domain. He spoke of the terms ‘Strike Tober’ and ‘Great Resignation’ which has been a rage in USA and Europe. He also spoke about up coming labour codes and its implication in Indian Industries.
The delegates from different esteemed organisation like OIL, IOCL, ONGC, HOEC, BVFCL and APGCL participated in the event. Shri Pruthiviraj Dash Director (Finance) and Shri R.K.Singh, Chief Operating Officer BCPL were the Guest of Honours. Shri Prasanta Borkakoty, RCE, OIL, Duliajan graced the occasion as Chief Guest of the programme. General Managers and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
